When you create a thread on here make the title suitable, i.e What the event is or where the video was taken.

Once you created a topic and said a bit about the clip you can link a video straight into the post by doing as follows.

Go to the youtube video

Click share under the video and copy the code and paste it into the message. Now add the flash video tags either side as below

Then it will show up like this:
